Bob has worked in the Design departments for major interior and exterior décor and signage companies. As a sign department manager for a custom home décor company he has designed and made sandblasted tile signs, hand lettered signs and sandblasted wood signs. While at two electrical Sign companies in Southern California Bob has participated in the design of the Hemet Auto Mall sign. He has been involved in the design of channel letters for a number of companies like Circuit City. He has also laid out flexible faces for Blockbuster video and public storage. Because Bob has the well rounded variety of working with many sign types and materials he has the working knowledge to develop a sign that is right for you. Bobs talent in design is shown in his work as a sign maker, graphic logo design and commercial art while also being a fine artist on the side. Logo Design Logo design is sometimes like “branding”. A brand is something the cowboys used to put on their livestock to identify their property with their mark or “brand”. In a similar way a logo design can kind of burn your company image into the audience eye so that they remember who you are and what you do at an instant. Therefore, a solid color silhouette image in a simple recognizable graphic is excellent. Driving by a sign at 55 miles an hour they only have a second to see your logo. So, a good sign design has less words and a kind of corporate image to get you noticed as an interesting attractive esthetic company. The image of you logo and signs should be compatible and complementary in color, contrast and composition as well as with character and style that represents your best attributes. Graphic Design An advertising and marketing package includes Business Cards, Letter heads, and Envelopes, Brochures, Flyers, a Great Logo and Excellent Signage that is consistent throughout your business. This is why Koinonia design Lettering offers all three aspect of design where retail sign outlets may only offer a basic design layout. As a fine artist also Robert W. Gray thinks creatively and is able to bring many abstract and subtle factors together to design a visually vibrant and attractive work of commercial art. |
